This is an excellent place to stay, all the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms and bathroom are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is complete and you can make your own waffles, overall it's a very good place to rest.

Excelente servicio. A veces me dejo llevar por el renombre del hotel y hotel One solo lo utilizaba para viajes de trabajo, pero en esta ocasión me sorprendió las habitaciones impecables desde que entramos a la habitación el olor a limpio. La ropa de cama y almohadas limpias y un olor agradable a limpieza, que en estos tiempos de pandemia es lo que más se requiere. Si se cumple con el protocolo de prevención. En general todo estuvo muy bien en el hotel, justo lo que esperábamos. Nada más las almohadas son muy incómodas y su comida para una cena tardía es casi inexistente. El servicio y la limpieza son excelentes.
